Hi I'm Hannah! I'm an Occupational and Aviation Psychologist with over 15 years of global experience helping businesses make better people decisions – from smarter hiring to stronger leadership and enhanced workforce capabilities.
I work closely with organisations – either directly or as a trusted associate – to design and deliver tailored assessment and development solutions that are grounded in psychology, driven by data, and aligned with real-world business needs. Whether it's improving the accuracy of high-stakes hiring, identifying leadership potential, or boosting team performance, I bring clarity to complex people challenges.
I’m HCPC registered and accredited by both the BPS and ABP, which means the work I do is underpinned by evidence-based, ethical practice – whilst always ensuring complex psychological insights are translated into practical, actionable and impactful solutions.
In the aviation sector, I bring specialist expertise as an EAAP-accredited Aviation Psychologist, supporting clients in high-risk, safety-critical settings implement best-practice assessment and development approaches.
